Black and Tan is not only a record label but also a publishing company. Until now I've released 34 CD's most of them are by American artists. I control the worldwide master rights to all these recordings and for 28 releases I own the master. The whole catalogue (419 tracks) is available for licensing and for 171 songs I also control the worldwide publishing rights. For a big part of the remaining catalogue I act as 'license consultant'. I have close and long lasting relations with the artist/songwriters and can act and communicate very quickly in case you would be interested in tracks for which I do not control the publishing. In that case the publishing is mostly controlled by the artist. Recently I have created a database with a lot additional information (sounds like, tempo, mood, keywords, etc) on the tracks which makes a lot easier for me to find tracks that meet your search criteria.
