In the blues world the majority consider the blues from the 40's, 50*s and the 60's as the standard.
We at Black and Tan Records respect that standard but also see blues as a living art form that con-
stantly evolves as a result of new impulses from other musical styles and new artists.
Mike Andersen is a perfect example of such an artist He loves and respects the tradition of the
masters like BB KiNG and T-BONE WALKER. He uses the influences of those greats to seek his own
